About our After School Care Program

We’ll pick your children up from school every day and bring them to our fun and safe studio to exercise, socialize, and study. They’ll have had a very productive afternoon by the time you are ready to pick them up!

We are proud to offer month-to-month memberships for all of our programs. Our members can confidently choose our program without the worry of a long-term commitment, and it ensures that our team is consistently providing the best product and customer service so that our members will continue to stay with us.

What’s a day like in the InCourage After School Program?

1.    At school dismissal time, students are picked up with their fellow classmates by the InCourage school bus

2.    As they arrive on the bus, they are happily greeted by one of their favorite InCourage staff members

3.    As soon as everyone is loaded safely into the bus, the bus heads to our InCourage martial arts studio, where the students are welcomed by the rest of our friendly staff, who have thoughtfully prepared for an afternoon of fun, age-tailored activities for them

4.    Students greet the staff and their friends, then place their backpacks and jackets in their specially-assigned cubbies

5.    Depending on age, students rotate in groups among different activity stations:

  • Taekwondo class: The children change into their martial arts uniforms and have an active, 45-minute class led by one of our dynamic instructors

  • Study Room: The children work on any assignments they may have in school, assisted by an After School coordinator
    ‍
  • Fun, Games, and Crafts: The children rotate among other rooms playing different games of the day -- which could include Human Bowling, Limbo, and many other fun game inventions we’ve come up with over the last 20 years, that get the kids engaged and excited!

6.    Students continue to rotate throughout the afternoon in structured, fun, and safe programming Parents can pick their children up at anytime on a rolling basis, until 6:15pm

  • Parents can conveniently text or call us prior to their arrival so that their children have a head start on gathering their belongings for pickup

  • When parents arrive, their children have already tackled their homework, hung out with their friends, and worked out (while getting closer to earning their black belt!)
